To celebrate our 2 year anniversary, we’re very happy to bring you a coffee from the same region as the first coffee we ever bought. 2 years ago, we added Las Brisas, out of Rioblanco, Tolima to our menu. Now we bring you El Meridiano, from an adjacent town in Rioblanco. This is a special, limited lot, so get it while it lasts!
58 members of the Association of Specialty Coffee Growers of Alto Saldana grow this coffee in a small town called Herrera, in the department of Tolima.
Proximity to the equator matched with a diverse range of microclimates allows for almost continual harvest throughout the year, offering fresh flavors and character every time. This coffee passes through a washing process as well as detailed sorting after drying.
