This is the second coffee from Heleanna Georgalis on our menu. Both this and the Nansebo Solena are our first natural process offerings and they are very much distinct, but equally delicious in their own right.
Living in Barcelona, with an MBA for investment banking, Heleanna Georgalis decided to return to Ethiopia to take over her family's legacy. Heleanna is known for her willingness for experimentation and risk taking in order to produce the best cup of coffee. Honed over time, her farming and processing practices have become the gold standard.
