The Cabrera family has been producing coffee for 110 years on their farm in the western Highlands of Guatemala. The farm is 180 hectares in which only 46 are planted while the rest make up a natural reserve. San Isdiro Chacaya is zero-waste farm; all pulp and wastewater is composed and treated to make fertilizer, going back into coffee production on the farm.
Expect a complex coffee with bright fruit, citrus, and chocolatey notes. Everything you'd expect from a Guatemalan coffee and more.
