Our proprietary Cooper Blend finished in a 10 Year Eagle Rare r/Bourbon selection bourbon barrel. This decadent batch marks our liveliest coffee release yet, full of cherries, graham cracker, brown sugar, shortbread and cinnamon. Ideal for pour over, cold brew and drip.
This batch of beans features our best crop of barrels, meticulously sourced and perfectly maintained for ideal, balanced whiskey influence and expert hydration to preserve the right amount of whiskey character, freshness and most importantly: flavor.
