We've taken our bourbon finished coffee and flash chilled it!
This release is a formulation of Reveries barrel finished Cooper's Blend (our custom blend of beans at Waypost) that is brewed, immediately flash chilled to just above freezing and then canned. This preserves all of the flavor, the acidity and the structure of the coffee and gives it 12 months of stability in your fridge. Drink it neat, on ice, as part of a cocktail, you name it.
